What’s included in the website?
All three packages include a mobile-friendly wedding website with your names, wedding date, countdown clock, venue linked to Google Maps, directions, schedule of events and dress code. There is also room for your story, photographs, accommodation information, FAQs, and registry links or honeymoon contribution bank details.
The Promise uses a chosen template with personalised colours, wording and photographs. The Celebration allows more layout personalisation; The Ever After extends personalisation across the website and dashboard. Fully bespoke design can be quoted as an extra.
What does the RSVP dashboard do?
Included in The Celebration and The Ever After: a private dashboard with your guest list and attending, declined and outstanding responses. Personal invitation links match replies to invited guests, with plus-one controls and duplicate-response prevention.
Collect meal choices and dietary requirements, see totals and download guest and meal lists. One initial guest-list import is included. The dashboard is branded for each couple, using a consistent set of tools; bespoke functionality is quoted separately.

Your address, hosting, revisions & ongoing changes
Every package includes a personalised website link under the Bond Studios domain, for example bondstudios.co.za/weddings/your-names (illustrative address). Your link and hosting are included for 8 months from launch. A separate custom domain is an optional extra, with registration and renewal costs set out in your quote. Hosting extensions are available at an additional cost.
The Promise includes two consolidated revision rounds. The Celebration and The Ever After include three. Collect your feedback into each round; additional design changes are quoted separately. Couples manage their own guests and planning through the dashboard features included in their package.
After launch
A little support, when you need it.
30 days of bug fixes for faults in the agreed functionality are included from launch. Report what happened, the page or feature affected, and any error message so we can investigate.
After that, ongoing support is quoted following an assessment of the issue. New features, redesigns and additional amendments are quoted separately. There is no monthly support subscription or automatic monitoring included.

Personal touches and practical additions for your celebration. All extras are quoted on request, with the scope, any storage limits and ongoing costs confirmed before you book.
Guest photo uploads
A shareable QR code takes guests to a photo-upload page, with photographs collected in your private dashboard or displayed in a gallery on your website.
Reception floor plan
Link your venue’s supplied reception floor plan to your seating plan, helping you organise tables and guest placements in one place.
Additional amendments
R300 per hour, minimum one hour, for extra revision rounds or changes beyond your package’s agreed inclusions. Additional standard website pages start from R350 each.
Digital stationery
Matching save-the-date designs, digital invitations and QR-code artwork for your wedding signage.
Bespoke design & extra pages
A fully bespoke look, additional pages or custom dashboard tools tailored to your celebration.
Additional languages
Present your wedding information in more than one language, using your supplied or approved translations.
Your own domain
A separate custom domain for your wedding, with registration and renewal costs confirmed in your quote.
