Privacy Policy
1. Contact and responsibility
Storm Snowball, trading as bondstudios, is responsible for the enquiry information described in this notice. For enquiries and privacy requests, email stormjane123@gmail.com or WhatsApp 079 383 8313. The supplier is Storm Snowball, trading as bondstudios. Our service area is Beverley, Lonehill.
2. Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, project type, package preference and project description. Phone number and ideal date are optional. We use this information to reply, assess availability, prepare a quote and, if you book, deliver the agreed work. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Please do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment card information, bank details or guest databases through this form. Any RSVP or client dashboard information requires separate project-specific arrangements.
3. Sending your enquiry
When you press Send enquiry, your name, email, optional phone and date, project type, package preference and message are transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms for email delivery to Bond Studios. We intend to receive these enquiries at stormjane123@gmail.com. The email address you supply allows us to reply. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Web3Forms processes and stores submissions and uses service providers for delivery and spam checks. Its privacy policy describes international processing, security and retention; it states that submission data may be retained for up to three years unless deleted earlier or a shorter plan period applies. No South Africa-only storage is promised. We do not use FormSubmit for this form.
If submission fails, the page preserves your details and offers email, WhatsApp and copy options. Those options prepare a message that you must send yourself. Gmail and your own email provider process emails under their policies. WhatsApp is used only if you choose that channel. We do not automatically subscribe enquirers to marketing.
4. Access, hosting and security
We use enquiry information for the requested business purpose and do not sell it. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the enquiry or agreed project. The hosting and sign-in platform may also process technical logs, IP addresses and necessary cookies under its own policies. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The website does not save form drafts to browser storage. Submitted enquiries are saved in our private Studio Office database to manage replies and follow-ups. Web3Forms also holds submitted enquiries under its retention terms, and delivered messages are held in our email inbox or the communication service you choose. Copying an enquiry places it on your device’s clipboard.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence while responding and for a reasonable period needed to handle follow-up or disputes. Project, invoice and payment records may need longer retention for contractual or legal purposes. We review records and delete or de-identify them when no longer needed; provider backups may follow separate deletion cycles.
6. Your choices and rights
Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact and project details to respond. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Identity verification and legal retention obligations may limit a request.
You may also contact South Africa’s Information Regulator.
7. Client websites and changes
This notice covers Bond Studios enquiries. Client websites, guest lists, uploads and private dashboards require notices and access arrangements reflecting their actual features and owners. We update this page when our contact details, providers or processes change.
Private enquiry inbox
Website enquiries are also saved securely in our private Studio Office to manage replies, follow-up dates and quotation progress. Access is restricted to the studio owner. Our hosting provider processes this information on our behalf. A one-way network identifier is used to limit spam submissions. Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed for removal after 12 months unless we need to retain them for an ongoing project, dispute or legal obligation. You may contact stormjane123@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention duties.
