Each package covers one event and up to 150 guests (150 pax). Additional guests can be added for an additional fee, quoted on request and confirmed before booking. Dashboard packages include one organiser account. Conferences, multiple sessions and ticket sales are quoted separately. A separate custom domain and hosting extensions are optional extras.
Lead times begin once your booking is confirmed and all required content and access have been received. Optional extras are quoted on request.
After launch
A little support, when you need it.
30 days of bug fixes for faults in the agreed functionality are included from launch. Report what happened, the page or feature affected, and any error message so we can investigate.
After that, ongoing support is quoted following an assessment of the issue. New features, redesigns and additional amendments are quoted separately. There is no monthly support subscription or automatic monitoring included.

Standard website pages from R350 per page.
Additional amendments
R300 per hour, minimum one hour, for changes beyond your agreed revision rounds.
Payment-link button
From R350 once-off to add and check your existing provider-issued payment link. Payments are managed in the provider’s dashboard.
Payment gateway integration
Quoted on request. Connected checkout, automatic payment-status updates, online shops, subscriptions and ticketing are scoped separately.
The client owns the payment-provider account and receives funds into their own bank account. Provider signup, transaction, payout, refund, dispute and subscription fees are separate and confirmed for the selected service. A payment link alone does not update dashboard payment records automatically.
Photo uploads, venue floor plans, additional languages, booking tools and bespoke features are quoted on request. Urgent jobs with a 1–3 business day turnaround start from 30% extra and require confirmation of availability, scope and delivery date before booking.
